SHEET METAL PROCESSING IS OUR PASSION
OUR HISTORY, OUR VISION
WSM GmbH in Reutlingen was taken over by Klaus Hermle in 1997 as part of a succession arrangement. In order to create additional capacity in the CNC sector, a new site was established in Wehingen in 2012. With the entry of sons Alexander Hermle and Marcel Hermle into the management team in 2020 and 2021 respectively, the future family leadership of the company has also been secured.
Future viability and sustainability are also the topics driving our corporate development: both of our sites have been energy self-sufficient since mid-2023. Thanks to photovoltaic systems in Wehingen and Reutlingen, we generate over 450,000 kWh of electricity annually. Since April 2023, we have also been operating a certified environmental management system in accordance with DIN ISO 14001.
Our company is fully equipped with LED lighting and thus meets the criteria of ESG (Environmental Social Governance). Electric charging stations for customers and employees have also been provided.
WSM GmbH is growing in a healthy manner: today we employ around 40 people, and in 2021 alone we recorded personnel growth of 30 percent. This clearly demonstrates the sustainable future of our company.

Our toolmaking department covers the design as well as the manufacture of complete cutting, punching, drawing and embossing tools and fixtures for metal forming technology. In addition, we prepare your 3D data or adapt it to our CNC manufacturing capabilities according to your requirements, if necessary.

When it comes to sheet metal processing, WSM is a leading provider in sheet metal processing. We manufacture laser-cut, punched, formed and deep-drawn parts for you. We develop and manufacture punching tools for you. And with our extensive machinery, we are always able to carry out various metal processing methods in-house.
