New customer relationships sometimes develop in unexpected ways: We first became aware of a company in the packaging and processing technology sector through a report by Bayerischer Rundfunk. The initial contact developed into a collaboration that has since progressed to series production. Our new customer develops packaging and processing solutions for applications including the food and medical technology sectors. This opens up another technologically demanding field of application for our manufacturing capabilities.

Reliable processes, high quality standards and precisely manufactured components are essential in packaging and processing technology. Applications in the food and medical technology sectors in particular place high demands on materials, processing and consistent, reproducible quality. With our modern machinery at our Wehingen and Reutlingen sites, we offer a broad range of manufacturing capabilities. These include laser cutting, punching, press braking, bending and deep drawing, as well as subsequent surface finishing of sheet metal and metal components. From initial prototypes to recurring series production, we can meet individual customer requirements with precision and cost efficiency.
From Prototype to Series Production
The new collaboration also began with an initial prototype order. Following its successful completion, we are now manufacturing regularly in series for our new customer. For WSM, this collaboration not only expands our customer portfolio. Packaging and processing technology also adds another field of application that demonstrates just how versatile modern sheet metal fabrication can be.
